Holding company"s structure
At present, Svyazinvest holds a voting majority in Central Telegraph, Sky Link and Giprosvyaz. In addition, the holding owns non-controlling equity stakes in Rostelecom (43% of voting shares) and KGTS (37% of voting shares).
Svyazinvest also owns a 0.04% stake in commercial bank Svyaz Bank, 8.95% in United Registration Company, 0.5% in national IP services leader RTKomm.ru, and acts as the founder of Mobile Telecommunications (MobiTel), StartCom, etc.
