New lineup of Sibirtelecom’s Management Board electedPress Release
Yesterday, August 9, 2010 a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom (hereafter, the Company) was held. The main issue on the agenda was determining the term of powers, the number of members on the Management Board and the appointment of its members.
By decision of the Board of Directors, the lineup of the Company’s Management Board was determined as 11 with a term of powers from August 11, 2010 until August 10, 2011 inclusive. The members of the Company’s Management Board are as follows:
- Valery G. Belenky, deputy general director – commercial director;
- Ivan I. Borzenko, deputy general director – head of security and corporate secrecy;
- Anatoly V. Brib, deputy general director –technical director;
- Yakov I. Dirks, deputy general director – project management director;
- Maxim G. Kudryavtsev, deputy general director – head of the Omsk branch of Sibirtelecom;
- Yury Gennadyevich Kupriyanov, deputy general director – head of the Novosibirsk branch of Sibirtelecom;
- Irina A. Snytko, deputy general director – head of HR;
- Galina I. Khoshinskaya, Chief Accountant;
- Evgeny Viktorovich Shalnev, director of information technology;
- Alexander A. Sheifer, first deputy general director – CFO.
In accordance with Federal Law “On joint stock companies”, the functions of chairman of the Management Board are to be carried out by the Company’s general director, Ivan V. Dadykin.
